Heavy-mirror hanging can be quoted once the mirror's intended hangers and the wall support are identified. Keyhole plates, a hanging rail and an approved adhesive system need different arrangements; a wall fixing also has to engage the actual hanger correctly. Weight alone is not a fixing specification. Yes, for framed pictures, suitable frameless artwork or a mixture. Share the item sizes and available wall space, plus any arrangement you like. We agree spacing and heights before fitting. Checking the whole layout first is particularly useful above a sofa, staircase or piece of furniture.

Keep the manufacturer's brackets and hanging hardware with each item. The wall fixings may need to differ from those supplied, depending on the wall and intended load. Tell us what will sit on shelves as well as their own weight. Required materials and supply responsibility are agreed with the quote.

Yes. Include the furniture assembly and mounting work in the same enquiry so we can plan the order and time. Knowing the furniture's final height and position helps set out shelves or artwork above it. We confirm which jobs can be completed together.

Only where the exact product instructions allow the item's weight, surface and environment. Strips are not a universal alternative to screws, especially for heavy mirrors, unsuitable paint or textured walls. They can also damage a finish on removal. Send the item and wall details so we can discuss an appropriate mounting method.

A bowed shelf board, a whole shelf tilting forward and fixings pulling out of the wall are different repair problems. The work may involve a suitable replacement board or support, correcting the bracket connection, or repairing damaged wall material before refitting. Tightening a screw will not restore broken material or make an unsuitable bracket adequate. Avoid adding weight and send a wider view plus a close-up so we can discuss the repair, rather than simply refitting the same failed arrangement.
