Yes. List every item and its intended room so we can allow enough time and assemble things in a useful order. You can also include shelf or picture fitting. We confirm the combined scope before booking, rather than assuming extra jobs will fit into the time allowed.

Dismantling can be included in the quote. Tell us whether the furniture will be moved, reassembled or removed. Some joints and panels do not tolerate repeated dismantling well, so reassembly depends on the construction and condition. Moving heavy furniture and disposing of it need to be agreed separately.

Let us know before the visit if you notice damage or missing fittings. A missing structural part can prevent safe completion, even when most of the furniture is assembled. Keep the instructions and packaging details so the correct replacement can be identified; any return visit is discussed separately.

Tell us when the product instructions require anchoring, and share the wall location. We consider anchoring as part of the agreed assembly scope, using a fixing arrangement suitable for both the product and wall. A tall unit should not be treated as finished merely because its doors and drawers work.
